Description: This immersive two-day workshop is tailored for mental health professional seeking to deepen their understanding of intergenerational trauma through the integrated perspectives of Contextual Therapy and Attachment Theory. Participants will explore how trauma is passed down through generations via inherited relational patterns, loyalty dynamics and attachment styles. The workshop will also focus on the impact of cultural context in shaping these dynamics. Using expressive arts modalities such as sandtray and poetry, attendees will learn how to facilitate safe, symbolic spaces that support emotional integration and healing. This training offers creative and reflective approaches for working with trauma in a culturally sensitive, attuned and meaningful way.
Cost: $330 (early bird pricing until July 15, 2025) (roughly £245 as of 6/20/2025)
