Sandtray and Spirituality (Virtual)

    Description: There is room in this world for a wide array of spiritual beliefs, regardless of whether religion plays a role in those belief systems, but there can be a number of barriers to accessing personally-safe spirituality. Finding ways to connect with your version of innate spirituality can be a powerful resource and all who desire this deserve spaces for empowered exploration. Sandtray therapy is often spoken of as sacred, allowing it to be a concrete way to access the healing potential of individually-expressed spirituality. How do we honor the sacred in sandtray? How do we explore spirituality without agendas? This 2-hour virtual event will look at these questions with love and respect.

    1. Describe the potential role of spirituality in healing
    2. Discuss how to use sandtray for safe spiritual exploration
