- Pets: We have a no pet policy in the apartment
- Parking: There are four parking spaces on site and plenty of free street parking nearby
- Shared spaces: This space is directly above The Workshop. The warehouse on property also houses two businesses. This area is mainly for commercial businesses.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if you cancel with more than 30 days from your check in date minus a $50 administrative fee
- Half refund if you cancel with less than 30 days from your check in date minus a $50 administrative fee
