Intergenerational Threads explores how trauma, loyalties, legacies, expectations, and patterns of belonging can move across generations through a Contextual Therapy lens. Participants will reflect on what they have inherited, what they have been asked to carry, and how authentic relationship and recognition can create opportunities for healing, reconnection, and change.
