Who We Carry and Who Carries Us - A conversation about intergenerational healing

"Who We Carry explores how harm and healing travel across generations, genes, land, and the conditions we grow within. Drawing on epigenetics, ecology, and Indigenous ways of knowing, this training traces a shared shift in both science and the helping professions: from isolated, individual units of study toward interconnected, relational systems. Using the teachings of plant kinship, participants will reframe healing as less about fixing the individual and more about tending the conditions around them.
