    Working with Body through Clay

Description: This group intensive experience is for anyone who identifies as a healer and is interested in clay work as a means to enhance somatic awareness and increase nurturing contact with the idea of “body”. The class will meet for two days. Some of the work will feature creating a clay piece based on a live model. The creations are not meant to be kept; the class emphasizes process over product as we redeem messages received about body that do not serve us or those counting on us. Much time will be devoted to verbal processing of the personal responses to the clay work. No previous art experience required.

Please email marshallnlyles@gmail.com with any questions.

Registration info: Participants will need to attend both days. The total cost is $450 and payment is due at registration. All materials are provided. This is purely an expressive process class and no CEs are offered. Class numbers will be kept low.
