Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

    Continuing with this popular experience, Marshall Lyles, Jami Lynn Bula and Caleb Matthews have brought their book club for mental health professionals on Harry Potter and Attachment Theory online. The fourth book in the Harry Potter series will be broken into four parts over four meetings and your book club leaders will do a little bit of teaching on attachment theory before breaking the group up into smaller components for HP-based discussion. Fun will be had by all! We hope you learn a little something as well.

    We will be reading the Goblet of Fire through the theme of Attachment and Trauma. 
    Chapters    Theme
    1-10        Collective trauma
    11-20        Physiological effects of trauma
    21-28        Racial or cultural trauma
    29-37        Complex trauma

    After each book is finished, you will have the option of enrolling for the next book’s series. We would love to have you join!

    Sessions will be held on the last Monday of the month starting in May.
    May 31, June 28, July 26, and August 30 from 10-11 CST.

    The fee is $60 for all 4 sessions ($15 per session).  No refunds for missed sessions.
